Razkladanje gradbenega materiala

Pri Brunles nudimo razkladanje gradbenega materiala z vozilom, opremljenim z zmogljivim HIAB dvigalom. Material lahko po prevozu dvignemo z vozila in ga razložimo neposredno na želeno mesto na gradbišču ali pri objektu.

HIAB razkladanje je praktična rešitev za težji in večji tovor, pri katerem ročno razkladanje ni mogoče ali pa je za razkladanje potrebna dodatna dvižna oprema.

HIAB razkladanje materiala

S HIAB dvigalom lahko gradbeni material dvignemo neposredno s kesona ter ga premaknemo na mesto uporabe. Tako lahko prevoz in razkladanje opravimo z enim vozilom.

HIAB razkladanje je primerno za različne vrste tovora, pri čemer način izvedbe prilagodimo teži, dimenzijam in lokaciji razkladanja.

Razkladanje različnih vrst materiala

Z dvigalom lahko razkladamo različne vrste gradbenega in konstrukcijskega materiala, med drugim:

  • les in konstrukcijski les,

  • montažne stene,

  • konstrukcijske elemente,

  • gradbeni material,

  • kontejnerje,

  • opremo in stroje,

  • drug težji tovor po dogovoru.

Material lahko razložimo na mestu, kjer ga potrebujete, če pogoji na lokaciji omogočajo varen izvedbo dviga.

Razkladanje materiala na gradbišču

Pri razkladanju na gradbišču je pomembno, da je za vozilo zagotovljen primeren dostop in dovolj prostora za postavitev ter uporabo dvigala. Pred izvedbo je zato treba upoštevati težo in dimenzije tovora ter razdaljo od vozila do mesta razkladanja.

Naše vozilo MAN 35480 je opremljeno z dvigalom HIAB EFFER 750 6S + JIB 6S, ki omogoča dvigovanje bremen na različne razdalje.

Prevoz in razkladanje z enim vozilom

Prednost HIAB vozila je, da lahko poleg transporta opravimo tudi nakladanje in razkladanje materiala. Tako za razkladanje na končni lokaciji pogosto ni potrebna dodatna dvižna mehanizacija.
