Montaža konstrukcij z dvigalom

Pri Brunles izvajamo montažo konstrukcij z dvigalom, pri kateri poskrbimo za dvig, premik in namestitev konstrukcijskih elementov na predvideno mesto. Storitev je primerna za različne montažne in gradbene projekte, kjer je za varno namestitev konstrukcije potrebno dvigalo.

Z uporabo HIAB dvigala lahko konstrukcijske elemente dvignemo neposredno z vozila ter jih namestimo na ustrezno mesto.

Dvigalo za montažo konstrukcij

Za izvedbo uporabljamo vozilo MAN 35480 z dvigalom HIAB EFFER 750 6S + JIB 6S. Dvigalo omogoča natančno dvigovanje in premikanje konstrukcijskih elementov tudi na zahtevnejših lokacijah.

Takšen način izvedbe je praktičen pri montaži elementov, ki jih zaradi njihove teže ali dimenzij ni mogoče ročno namestiti.

Montaža lesenih in kovinskih konstrukcij

Dvigalo lahko uporabimo pri montaži različnih konstrukcijskih elementov, med drugim pri:

  • montaži lesenih konstrukcij,

  • montaži kovinskih konstrukcij,

  • montaži montažnih sten,

  • postavljanju konstrukcijskih elementov,

  • dvigovanju in nameščanju težjih elementov,

  • drugih montažnih delih po dogovoru.

Glede na projekt in pogoje na lokaciji se določi način dviga ter namestitve posameznih elementov.

Dvig in namestitev konstrukcij

Pri montaži je pomembno, da se konstrukcijski elementi dvignejo varno in namestijo čim bolj natančno. HIAB dvigalo omogoča dvigovanje, premikanje in spuščanje elementov na želeno mesto.

Storitev je primerna tako za posamezne dvige kot za projekte, kjer je potrebno več konstrukcijskih elementov zaporedoma dvigniti in namestiti.
